dang! I'm assuming the stunt didn't plan for the car to disintegrate like that!

Somebody was actually driving that?

And somehow we made it to the moon.

Yeah, they had the brilliant plan to jump the entire river (1 mile).
For a pro stuntman attempting this, the whole thing has a lot of a "Hold my beer and watch this" feel.

Wow. I'm just happy his parachutes didn't fail, looked like they got riddled with shrapnel. Seems like something that was definitely inspired by substance abuse.

"I know nothing about aerodynamics , but I will put wings and a rocket on a car and fly over a river . what could go wrong ?"

I'm betting not, they should have consulted an aeronautical engineer.

Yeah I was expecting a fender to get caught in it... Oh in the film I see only one opened, so it came down fairly hard I would think.

And lets pick a car shaped like a cube! They didn't think the car would fly apart? 4 years planning and a million dollars... Its amazing to me, any aeronautical engineer could spend ten seconds looking at the plan and give a detailed list of what is wrong with this!

Kenny Powers didn't haha

I can think of many better ways to spend a million dollars :)
That second gif is awesome though, that car damn near disintegrated as soon as it got belly up.

I'll go there: anybody else notice how those 2 gifs are perfectly synchronized?
